Home upgrades for added appeal and value
At Beyond the Knots, we know how much your outdoor furniture means to you. When your favorite chair's armrest rots, we create perfect replicas to restore its beauty and functionality. When custom orders are placed you may be required to pay 15% upfront on total estimate and the remainder to be paid prior to or on delivery unless other payment terms have been discussed. If you are not competely satisfied with final product you under no obligation to make final payment. Beyond the Knots Woodworking will make a second attempt to meet customers expectations. After the second attempt if you the customer are not completely satisfied and we are unable to come to an agreeable solution you may be eligible for refund of initial down payment at the discretion of Beyond the Knots Woodworking ,LLC. However, a full refund is not guaranteed. If down payment was not requested the customer is under no obligation to pay if final product does not meet the customer expectations.
